Who We Are

Primus Executive Recruiting has roots in the Technology and Medical communities of Silicon Valley. Our founders worked in the semiconductor industry for about 15 years, during which they experienced and compared various workplaces and corporate cultures in the US and in Asia. They then spent two years as owners of a Medical Staffing Agency. Finally, they went on to found Primus Executive Recruiting to apply their accumulated knowledge towards improving opportunity for employees and removing roadblocks to growth for local businesses, small and large.
